Well this is the work of the week Sorry I couldn't do anything this week but I did this one for my folks of COANIME and is an OC I created for this job... soon I'll work with some traditional works and I'll make a special work for the day of the earth and an art jam so keep up watching!!!!
Update April 20th: by request of some friends I modified the work erasing some lines and adding more shadows on the parts that is placed in the glass... gives the sensation of volume of the body and more visual impact... Thanks so much for the comments, the favs and critiques it all means a lot to me... Commentsthanks so much!

One thing that kinda clashes though is how the colors represent the strong light. The shades you used are more towards common sunlight, & with a strong bright background like like that, the shading doesn't blend well with it. Maybe even darker colors would work, which are more paler & more contrasting than your base colors.
Also, a little more specific tip is that I would suggest brushing off your lineart with white (or erasing them) to fully visualize the surface of the character with a bright background (the black lineart make it appear flat). Having darker shades would still define the shape, so it'd still be recognizable. Although, I really admire the details you've given, especially with the hair. Folds, details & strands also work well to emphasize the gesture.
Overall it's a very strong picture which really stands out as it plans to be. Good work
